  1. Infants with some medical conditions may require a 4-dose pneumococcal conjugate-13 vaccine series. Please refer to the Publicly Funded Immunization Schedules for Ontario - August 2011.
  2. Measles, mumps, rubella must be given after the first birthday.
  3. Hepatitis B immunization is based on a two dose schedule for Grade 7 students.
  4. Human Papillomavirus is based on a three dose schedule for female Grade 8 students.
  5. Tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis is recommended 10 years after the 4-6 year dose.
  6. Tetanus, diphtheria is recommended for adults.
  7. Influenze vaccine is recommended for individuals 6 months of age and older.
